    LG Display: Enterprise-Class System for Seamless Service Processing

    Overview
    Construct an integrated management system for seamless processing of enterprise services by integrating with the application monitoring system of a Tibco R/V based MES system as well as SMS and NMS solutions.
    Project Results
    LG Display adopted SysMaster for the construction of an integrated monitoring solution so as to detect error symptoms in advance and identify causes of the errors. It also utilized the existing infrastructure in developing an integrated system monitoring environment that includes an integrated monitoring view, BSM (Business Service Management), error impacts, and an integrated repository.

    POSCO Enterprise-Class APM System

    Overview
    Implemented a SysMaster monitoring platform to monitor and manage POSCO's enterprise system, which is distributed over several locations throughout South Korea. Development of this platform involved setting up integrated monitoring of distributed application servers, creating a business-oriented monitoring dashboard, and developing an analysis platform to optimize business service management (BSM).
    Project Results
    Improved customer service satisfaction by detecting errors early and handling them quickly. This can be done by enhancing real-time monitoring and detecting failure by monitoring in the BSM (Business Service Management) and infrastructure perspective.

    • Detects signals during monitoring and occurrences of abnormalities based on the 13 mega processes by using the success rate, average response time, and usage as key factors.
    • To identify the business impact of the signal, provides 280 business tasks in the BSM perspective, application performance, system performance and container linkage analysis.
    • Total screen counts, usage counts, success rates, response times, and service level agreement (SLA) information for the 13 mega processes, 280 businesses, and screens are monitored for analyzing transaction usage.

    SK Telecom Monitoring System for Telecom NGM System

    Overview
    Construct a web-based customer booking service with a goal of leading a new trend in booking and maximizing profits. Ensures reliability and high performance in accomodating high user traffic during peak periods and expected increase in user traffic.
    Project Results
    Constructed a system which monitors the business process status in real-time by sampling branches throughout Korea and constructed an APM that was customized from the managers’ perspective such as hourly user status and failure status.
